1• Understanding and clarity of the contribution that the solution will make to the organisation’s core objectives (KPOs).

2• Understanding and clarity of the impact of the solution on all relevant parts of the organisation and on external stakeholders if relevant.

3• Understanding and clarity of what needs to be done to deliver the change needed (timing, effort, resources, costs) – the logic for the business case to be approved by the ELT and/or the Board.

4• An agreed schedule for the development of an implementation plan including a detailed change agenda.
