Thierry is a French National based in the UK & he services the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa). He is also very familiar with the USA as he has set up & managed a business in New York. He brings over 30 years international experience (Europe, America, Asia ...) and support the Clients from strategy to execution. They appreciate Thierry’s ability to manage multicultural and cross functional Teams.
Thierry has a thorough understanding of the opportunities and challenges in the Fashion, Luxury and Retail world and has also worked in consumer goods and services from start-ups to billion dollar companies. He understands the strengths and weaknesses of all the key Fashion stakeholders and clients appreciate his holistic approach and critical thinking when dealing with Fashion project and more generally across consumer goods and the service industries.
They also see him as a Growth & Change Accelerator.

Peter is a Danish National based in Indonesia and servicing Asia. Peter is an innovative and entrepreneurial international senior executive experienced in setting up and managing new and existing business units worldwide, whilst generating results by focusing on financial targets and corporate objectives. He has extensive experience in start-up operations, particularly in understanding and managing the people-side of organisations with additional talents in cross-cultural management and change environments.
His extensive experience in legal, administrative, organizational, and operational business has significantly contributed to corporate success in difficult and demanding international markets.
His speciality lies in global sourcing and quality assurance. He has dedicated 35 years living and working in many countries worldwide with an extensive knowledge of Asia, Europe, North Africa, Turkey, and the USA.
Peter brings a methodical eye for detail, and superior creative, strategic, management, and administrative capability. His creative, strategic thinking and rigorous systems and processes lift ordinary performance to superior outcomes.
All of this embedded within highly developed empathic inter-personal skills and practical and pragmatic leadership. He provides subject expertise in a number of areas as well as being an effective and powerful multi-lingual mentor.

Dr Jack Jacoby
Jack is based in Melbourne, Australia & services Australia, New Zealand & The Pacific. He is an experienced corporate strategist. His professional career has been marked by exceptional achievements including five years spent as Director in Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting Practice, KPMG and Touché Ross Tohmatsu. He has a client list of hundreds of notable corporations and government departments.
A number of his projects have restructured government or semi-government departments and Cabinet-level strategies. His private, public company, NFP, and charitable sector work has introduced new ways of thinking that helped align organisations to their mission.
He is not only known as strategist, but also a problem solver, innovator, director, and mentor to many. His mentoring clients exceed 300. Jack has been appointed by Commonwealth Government as Mentor under the Boosting Female Founders Initiative 2020–23. His specialities include strategy, management, change management, decision hierarchy, shareholder value, knowledge management, business planning, mentoring, teaching, and corporate directorships.
His qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration (in organisational accountability to shareholders and shareholder metrics and their implications on business planning); a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Economics). He was an Adjunct Professor at RMIT University (2009-2015). Jack is author of 7 books on various topics.
